Participated and presented a paper titled “BECs: as Asian Response to the call of Vatican II to be the Church as Communion” in an international conference held in Taiwan on 02-05- 2011 to prepare for the 50^th year of Second Vatican Council.
Participated and presenter a paper titled “Sri Lankan Church and SCCs – An introductory note-“ an international conference ‘AsIPA General Assembly’ held in Sri Lanka on 18-24- 2012. This paper also was read in a follow up conference held at Tubingen University, Germany on 17-20, 2013.
A research paper titled “Religious Pluralism, the response of the Asian Church and BECs and BHCs as loci of Dialogue” was also submitted in a workshop of the same conference held in Tubingen university, Germany on 17-20, 2013.
Participated and shared Sri Lankan experiences in an international conference held at Belfast University, Ireland on “Sharing lessons from Northern Ireland peace process” on 13-20-5-2017.
Participated and presented a paper at the First International Research Conference on Christian Studies held on 8^th December 2018 at the University of Jaffna and title of the presentation is “The response of the Asian Church to Religious Pluralism: BECs and BHCs as Loci of Dialogue”.
Participated and presented a paper titled “Land, Home and Homeland of Eelam Tamils: A Contextual Theological and Interreligious Perusal” at the Interdisciplinary Research on Asian Christianities: IJAC International Symposium held on 8-10 Jan, 2019.
Participated in the ‘8th International Conference on Arts and Humanities 2021’ held on 21^st and 22^nd of September 2021, organized by the International Institute of Knowledge Management and made a presentation titled “Enhancing the Hope and Resilience through Religion: The Christian Understanding of Human Suffering and the Covid-19 Pandemic.”

University

Gave a key note address at an Island wide Inter-religious Symposium on ‘Religious Harmony for Peace and Reconciliation’ organized by Caritas/Hudec on 5^th July 2019.
Associate editor of ‘Cintanai’ the referred journal of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Jaffna from 2021.
Contributed to the curriculum revision of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels of the department.
Contributed to the curriculum development of the post graduate master degree program (MCs).
Serve as the coordinator for activity 4 of the AHEAD project.

Conduct seminars for youth, students and teachers and social leaders on socio-religious topics.
Organize online conference on issues that affects the Tamil people.
Give brief interviews and talks in online TV on social, political and religious issues.
Founder member of Tamil Civil Society Forum.
Founder and Director of SUYAM – A Project for the Empowerment of War Affected Women.
Director of ‘SUYAMPU’ – A Group of Youth for Active Theatre’.
Member of the board of Directors – ADAYAALAM – Centre for Policy Research.
